General Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time of consultation or when a hospitalised patient is collected from the clinic. For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and EFTPOS.

If payment of a bill is difficult we offer a payment option through a third party company called Vetpay. This company offers direct debit to approved customers. This payment option must be approved before treatment commences and does attract extra fees and interest charges.

We will always fully communicate the vet charges relevant to your visit and aim to work with you to provide your pet the best care possible.

Discounts are available for Seniors Card holders for in-hours consultations, vaccinations and professional fees (does not include after-hour fees, medications/products, laboratory fees or non-professional fees)

Returns and Refunds:

Unused prescription medications cannot be returned for refund. This is primarily due to health regulations to ensure patient safety and prevent the potential for contamination or misuse. Once medications have left the Clinic, the storage conditions cannot be guaranteed and there's the risk of tampering.

Returns of prescription medications for refund can only be made if the product is faulty or past its expiry date. These returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Any items that require refrigeration cannot be returned for refund.

Where palatability is an issue, pet foods may be returned for a full refund. Opened packets must be returned with at least 75% of the product remaining within 7 days of purchase.
